At Heather Lou Cosmetics, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy outlines how you can return a product if it's not quite right for you.

When you can return a product

We accept returns exclusively if the product is unsatisfactory due to faulty packaging or if the product is defective. We are committed to providing high-quality makeup and skincare, and your satisfaction is important to us.

Items not eligible for return

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return or refund. This policy helps us ensure the safety and quality of all our cosmetic and skincare items for every customer.

How to return an item

If you wish to return a product that is still in its original packaging and unused, please email info@heather-lou-cosmetics.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving the product. Clearly state the reason for your return in the email.

We aim to send a reply within 48 hours with instructions on how to return your product.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. A "Full Refund" does not include delivery costs. All returned products must be returned in suitable packaging to ensure they reach us in good condition at the following postal address: 9 Albert Avenue, Walkden, Manchester, M28 3GE, UK.
