Can I return my order?
If any item(s) within your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We shall then be able to negotiate a final decision of settlement. If you wish to return any damaged items, they must be returned within 14 days of delivery and require authorisation to use the returns address beforehand.

When will I receive my refund?
Most refunds, where necessary, are issued within 3 working days and can take up to 10 working days to show on your account, depending on your card issuer. Please note that these lead times are beyond our control.
